SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We will ensure that we ship your order to the address you provided when placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address from our end. It is essential that you provide us with accurate personal information, including the correct shipping address.

Please be aware that any issues arising from an inaccurate shipping address or changes made to the address after placing the order will not be the responsibility of our company. In such cases, we will be unable to provide a refund.

SHIPPING CHARGES

If you have both art prints and other products in your cart, you might encounter two shipping charges. We send art prints directly from the store using Canada Post service. However, all other products are shipped by our third-party providers, who may use different shipping providers. The checkout page will display the shipping charges. Please note that our packages are fully insured and trackable, unless otherwise specified.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Outside Canada and/or the United States, all other international orders  may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local customs and are due upon delivery. This is not included in the order total. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

While all our products are produced on-demand based on your order, we still offer returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 15 days of the purchase date for all orders. Please contact us in such cases. We will provide a return address and issue a full refund upon receiving the returned item within 40 days from the purchase date,confirming its unused condition. However, please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs and any potential duties for international buyers. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

In the unlikely event that a package is lost during transit and is confirmed by the carrier after investigation, we will promptly send you a replacement. 

Art Prints

If you receive a package that has been damaged during transit, we request that you take clear photos before opening the package and also after opening it. Additionally, it is crucial that you notify us within 15 days of the order date with the photos attached. In cases where the damage is minor, we may be able to offer you a discount if you wish to keep the prints. However, if the damages are significant, we will promptly dispatch a replacement to you.

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us within 15 days of the order date and attach photos. We will cover the costs associated with sending you the correct item. However, please be aware that vintage art prints with original textures and strokes may not be as crisp or perfect as modern art, and the colors on your monitor may not precisely match the prints. This discrepancy is due to variations in monitor calibrations, as well as differences between RGB colors on backlit screens and CMYK colors on paper. We print all our prints on neutral off-white coated Canon paper, resulting in a slightly warmer color tone compared to pure white paper. We make every effort to replicate this effect in our displays. Please note that these differences are not considered defects. We kindly request that you carefully consider your order before finalizing it.

Product Other Than Art Prints

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defect product,  we offer a free replacement if you contact us within 15 days of order date.  We request that you take clear photos and notify us within 15 days of order date with the photos attached.  

For fabric products, including but not limited to bags, pillow covers, rugs, mats, blankets, and attire, our policy allows a tolerance of 1″ for print placement if it is not specified in the product description. This policy means that we do not consider minor variations in the placement of the print as defects. Additionally, due to variations in monitor calibrations, we do not consider slight differences in colors as defects either. Similarly, restored vintage artworks printed on fabric retain the original textures and strokes of the originals, which we also do not consider defects.

Please note that you may detect a slight odor with your new arrival products. However, this odor is a common phenomenon in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry. Typically, this odor will dissipate after the first wash, or alternatively, you may choose to leave the item out of the package for a few hours or days to allow it to air out.

Vintage Art

Please note that any products labeled as ‘vintage art’ or ‘restored vintage art’ maintain their original textures and strokes. They may exhibit signs of wear or imperfections without high-definition quality. Hand-drawn patterns in vintage style may not be as symmetrical as those generated by modern technologies. These characteristics are not considered defects. Kindly consider the ‘as is’ condition before placing your order.
