Shipping Address

- We cannot change the address after the order is placed.
- If your package is lost due to an incorrect or changed address, we cannot offer a refund.
Shipping Charges

- Some orders may include multiple shipping charges if items ship from different locations.
- All packages are insured and trackable unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping
- If you live outside Canada or the United States, import taxes or customs fees may apply.
- These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Returns and Refunds
- You can request a return within 30 days of purchase if you’re not happy with your order.
- Contact us first to get a return address.
- We’ll refund you after receiving the item back unused and in good condition, within 60 days of purchase.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please:
- Take clear photos of the item and package.
- Contact us within 30 days with the photos attached.
We will send you a replacement or issue a refund if needed.
Notes on Products
- Colors may look different on your screen than in real life.
- Some products (like vintage art) may have natural variations or textures that are not defects.
- Fabric products may have slight variations in print placement and a small odor when new, which usually fades after washing or airing out.
