Shipping Address

  • We cannot change the address after the order is placed.
  • If your package is lost due to an incorrect or changed address, we cannot offer a refund.

Shipping Charges

  • Some orders may include multiple shipping charges if items ship from different locations.
  • All packages are insured and trackable unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping

  • If you live outside Canada or the United States, import taxes or customs fees may apply.
  • These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Returns and Refunds

  • You can request a return within 30 days of purchase if you’re not happy with your order.
  • Contact us first to get a return address.
  • We’ll refund you after receiving the item back unused and in good condition, within 60 days of purchase.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please:

  • Take clear photos of the item and package.
  • Contact us within 30 days with the photos attached.

We will send you a replacement or issue a refund if needed.

Notes on Products

  • Colors may look different on your screen than in real life.
  • Some products (like vintage art) may have natural variations or textures that are not defects.
  • Fabric products may have slight variations in print placement and a small odor when new, which usually fades after washing or airing out.
