What currency is shown in your store?
Our store is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, but prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Most of our customers are from the United States, and our third-party providers also charge us in US dollars, so we use USD for pricing to keep things consistent.
Why do I see two shipping charges in one order?
We print all art prints at our Vancouver location and ship them via Canada Post. Other products like clothing, home decor, and accessories are fulfilled by third-party providers who use their own shipping services. Because of this, your order may have separate shipping charges for different items.
Can I share the images from the attire, home decor, and accessories?
Yes! You’re welcome to share photos of our products on social media. We kindly ask that you credit CheersForArt when you do. All images on our website feature original designs, redesigns, or restored artwork created by our team. Our products are exclusively available on CheersForArt.com and are not sold on platforms like Etsy or Amazon.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually process orders within 3 business days.
Shipping times: US & Canada – 2 to 15 days; International – 10 to 30 days.
Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be delayed by carriers.
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost and confirmed by the carrier, we will send you a replacement. For damaged items, please take photos and contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance with a replacement or refund.
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us first for return instructions. Returns must be unused and in good condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the order total.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot change the address once your order is placed. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible and cannot issue a refund.
