Andō Hiroshige was a renowned Japanese ukiyo-e artist known for his landscape prints and his ability to capture the beauty and atmosphere of Japan’s countryside. His works greatly influenced Western art and continue to be admired as masterpieces of Japanese art.  Most selections are from his One Hundred Famous Views of Edo and Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji.
